We believe the future of the labour market is, above all, human. That is why our activities are focused on two main pillars: research and education.

Future of Work

Since 2012, our think tank has been conducting in-depth analyses of the labour market, identifying its changes and needs. Based on this research, we develop educational programs that support professionals working with people. From career coaches to HR professionals to team managers.
The goal is to gain practical knowledge by:
  • addressing people’s multidimensional needs and supporting their growth in line with market realities.
  • preparing to effectively support others in building careers and managing teams in a rapidly changing professional environment.
CCOC™ is a great combination of two sides of the same coin. On the one hand is career counselling which is more concrete, practical and pragmatic. On the other hand is coaching, in which it is the interested party themself who develops solutions to existing challenges, learning about their resources with the help of the coach and the tools used in coaching. Together, advisory and coaching skills make the approach highly versatile, applicable both within the organisations we work in and with individual clients in different life situations. It’s an excellent programme that draws not only on rich theoretical knowledge and tools, but also on the vast practical experience of the coaches.
