Anna Schmidt

Work psychologist, strategist, investor, certified coach (ICF), mentor (EMCC), business sparring partner (BEC), and former head-hunter. For 28 years, she has been advising people around the world, in both the public and private sectors, about the future of the labour market, leadership, and careers. She specialises in change management and building sustainable professional portfolios. She oversees outplacement and development programs in 18 countries, and her expertise in navigating career change has helped more than 20,000 clients from companies such as Google, Chevron, Meta, Accenture, UBS, Novartis, Lufthansa, Salesforce, Roche, and Dupont.

Michał

Michał is an experienced journalist, voice-over artist, and trainer who has been supporting the personal and professional development of his audiences for over 25 years.
For many years, he worked with Radio ESKA and Radio ZET, where he held positions such as Editor-in-Chief and Program Director. Today, he combines his passion for communication with his work as a trainer.
As part of his collaboration with CPI, he teaches how to effectively communicate thoughts and emotions to build authentic and lasting personal and professional relationships.
As a mental coach, he also conducts workshops on developing presentation skills, helping participants express themselves and their ideas in a confident and engaging way.

Anna

Anna is a career coach and a burnout consultant.
She supports individuals facing professional challenges, those considering a career change, or those looking for greater satisfaction in their work. She also helps clients who want to improve their well-being and find a healthy work-life balance.
Moreover, Anna supports clients dealing with burnout. She helps them recognize the symptoms, understand whether what they’re experiencing is indeed burnout, and then guides them through their recovery process.
Anna works in both Polish and English.

Grant

Grant is a Senior Partner and PCC Coach with extensive international experience in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and organizational transformation. A certified Project Management and Agile practitioner, he brings a structured yet flexible approach to guiding leaders through complex change.
With many years of senior experience in the aviation and pharmaceutical industries, Grant combines sector expertise with a global perspective. He is recognized as a trusted sparring partner for clients, offering both strategic insight and a coaching mindset to help organizations and their leaders navigate transformation with confidence.

Marta

Marta is an experienced HR expert with 20 years of working with professionals and leaders.
In her role as a Career Coach & Organisational Counsellor (CCOC), she supports individuals to realise their potential, both in terms of their own professional development and in building effective teams.
She helps leaders find the best solutions to the challenges they face every day, accompanying them in the process of strengthening their confidence, skills, and values-based leadership.

Bart

Bart is a PCC Coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in management, training, business coaching, and organisational development. He works internationally, in English, Norwegian, French, Russian, and Polish. In addition to coaching, Bart brings hands-on experience as a business leader and entrepreneur.

Monika

Monika is a business trainer, facilitator, and Action Learning coach who helps leaders and teams build authentic personal brands and use LinkedIn strategically for career and business growth. At CPI, she combines training with executive support - crafting high-impact LinkedIn profiles and delivering practical sessions on personal branding, LinkedIn, and strategic communication. She regularly contributes to titles like Press, Marketing with Practice, Social Media Manager, and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Since 2018 she has trained several thousand professionals, designing workshops, development programs, mentoring, and individual social media strategies.

Maria

Maria is a psychologist, career development expert, and certified job crafting facilitator. For over 30 years, she has been dedicated to developing people within organisations and supporting leaders in strengthening their leadership behaviours.
Affiliated with Human Resources and Development Canada, she has designed original educational programs for diverse age groups and multicultural environments.
She has been working from Zurich for several years and is passionate about the field of positive psychology and its impact on developing the skills needed for the future of work. She is the author of numerous publications on the science of happiness and the future of humans in organisations 4.0.

Paulina

Paulina is an experienced business coach and mentor certified by EMCC. She specialises in career coaching, leadership, and supporting leaders to communicate effectively. She is a certified Thalento consultant, and a strengths community coach authorised to work with Gallup talents.
She uses proven coaching practices and combines her knowledge of economics and experience in strategic marketing with methods inspired by neurobiology and the science of effective collaboration.

Małgorzata

Małgorzata has over 15 years of experience in managerial roles within international business environments, as well as in building HR communities focused on talent development and leadership transformation.
As a certified Career Coach & Organizational Counsellor (CCOC), she supports experts and leaders in their professional growth, helping them find greater alignment, effectiveness, and fulfilment in their roles.
She combines strategic experience with an empathetic approach, guiding her clients towards conscious and lasting development.

Renata

Renata is a career advisor and coach with experience in international organisations and in running her own business. She supports clients to discover their potential, build career paths, and regain meaning and satisfaction in their work, all from a deeply human-centred perspective. In her practice, she combines knowledge from HR, career counselling, and psychology to create a safe space for growth. She is currently training at the INTRA Centre in the School of Psychotherapy, specialising in the humanistic-experiential approach.

Karl

Karl is a seasoned Senior Consultant focusing on the DACH region, bringing deep insights from his executive search career across transport, logistics, and manufacturing industries. Fluent in German, English, and Italian, he bridges cultures and markets with ease. Karl specializes in aligning organizational needs with leadership talent, helping businesses design career development and talent strategies suited for complex and dynamic environments

Mihaela

Mihaela is a career consultant with an international GCDF certification and more than 12 years of experience in the HR field. In her work, she combines professional expertise with a personalized approach to guide her clients toward confidence and sustainable results. As an active TA consultant, she possesses experience working with various organizations and mentoring programs, as well as with projects for large companies from different industries focused on recruitment, onboarding, outplacement and development of people seeking better career opportunities.

Isaac

Isaac is a communications expert and native English speaker who supports CPI clients in preparing for job interviews and improving their professional communication in English. He specialises in helping clients refine their career portfolios in English (including CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and how they present their skills and experience).
He's also skilled at uncovering information that is hard to find, helping clients access valuable resources, niche industries, and hidden job opportunities.

Maria

Maria is a certified MCC ICF coach, mentor, psychotherapist, and business trainer with over 17 years of experience. She has conducted more than 3,000 hours of coaching and therapy sessions, working with leaders and teams worldwide.
She specialises in executive and team coaching, supporting the development of leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Maria delivers training and mentoring programmes in Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and through international projects. She combines ACT, Genos EI, positive psychotherapy, and trauma therapy with her expertise in psychology, coaching, and economics.

Eva

Eva is a Senior Consultant and Client Relationship Manager covering the DACH region, fluent in German, English, and Russian. She brings a strong professional background from the banking and insurance industries, where she built deep expertise in managing complex client relationships.
As a mentor and coach, Eva combines organizational acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing her to coordinate projects with precision while supporting clients in their development. She is valued for her ability to create trust-based partnerships and deliver solutions that balance business goals with people-focused outcomes.

Elena is a certified Career Consultant with a strong foundation in corporate leadership, a specialist in strategic thinking, and a Certified Neuro-Agility Practitioner. She combines deep experience in organizational contexts with coaching excellence to guide professionals through career transitions and development.
With years of experience working within corporate environments, Elena has contributed to HR strategy, talent development, and employer branding initiatives, bringing both a business lens and a human-centered approach. She crafts development journeys that align individual strengths with organizational goals, helping clients sharpen their strategic mindset, navigate change, and unlock new opportunities.

Elena

Elena is a Master Certified Coach and Senior Consultant focusing on the Balkan region. She leads career transition projects and is an expert in designing and facilitating assessment and development centers. Certified in MBTI, DiSC, and Hogan, she combines deep expertise with a personal approach that helps clients grow with confidence.
In her free time, Elena teaches storytelling as a way to help clients in transition express their new narrative and motivation, turning change into a powerful new chapter.

Ewelina

Ewelina currently serves as a CFO, but her true passion lies in people and their professional development. For over 15 years, she has worked with people as an HR manager, and for the past 10 years, she has also supported them as a certified Career Coach & Organisational Counsellor (CCOC).
She helps professionals who want to better understand their place in the world of work to find meaning and consciously plan the next step in their careers.
Ewelina combines business experience with empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges people face at various stages of their professional journey.

Adam

Adam is a Research Consultant with a passion for uncovering insights that lie “beneath the surface.” A skilled researcher, he supports clients in finding reliable market research and market intelligence to drive informed decisions. Ex-google with international experience across the tech and e-commerce industries, he combines curiosity with the latest technologies to transform complex data into actionable strategies.
Originally from the United States and now based in Amsterdam, Adam enjoys blending his professional work with his love of travel and exploring new cultures
